Description:  Surprise-Surprise Norfolk Southern GP40-2 #3026 back on the Southern Secondary sits in Red Bank Yard with no freight cars waits for the NJCL dispatcher to throw the switch to enter the NJCL. I have not seen this locomotive since I was in Hillside NJ last July and has not appeared on the Southern Secondary since June 2007.
